Back to Reality

Alright, so the Belmont was just one big disastrous mystery for the connections of Big Brown, who became the first-ever Triple Crown hopeful to come in last in the race (and I fully believe that he would have done that whether or not Kent Desormeaux eased him at the end). We will probably never know what really happened or who Dutrow should be trying to blame for his lack of skills and class. Honestly, I don’t really care because it’s over and there is too much great racing to look forward to.

Curlin is making his much anticipated US return in the Stephen Foster this weekend, and I’ll post starting positions and analysis tomorrow night, as well as any other particularly exciting races coming up. Stay tuned!
